Event Management

For couples that have the planning under control, but need a designated person to bring it together on the wedding day.
Some items included in this package are:
Two one-hour detail meetings to review vendors, layouts, menus, decor lists, etc. beginning two to three months prior to event
Creation of detailed event schedule
Final detail meeting one week prior to event
Vendor correspondence leading up to event day
Rehearsal coordination
Unlimited hours on the event day
Personal decor setup and teardown

Event Planning & Design
We’ll help you blend your vision to create a seamless event from start to finish. Custom pricing is based on event size, location and needs.
Base package includes, but is not limited to:
Vendor communication and contract assistance
Support and direction at vendor meetings to review layouts, menus, design, logistics, equipment, etc.
Design and rental coordination and assistance
Two (2) on-site coordinators for the duration of the event
Monthly meetings to review layouts, menus, design, budget, etc.
Creation of detailed event schedule
Final detail meeting one week prior to event
Vendor correspondence leading up to event day
Rehearsal coordination
Unlimited hours on the event day
Personal decor setup and teardown

Additional Information
For events more than two hours outside of Grand Rapids, overnight accommodations may be required.
Holiday weekends are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
